Scott,
Something looks suspicious.  Power is going to change with the third
power of velocity.  Your sample data points require about a 22%
reduction in power.  The fuel flow readings seem to agree with this.
What's up with the MP reading??
Chris,

I thought you would catch this a different way - The WOT numbers were also only a 1 inch drop from a climb of 2000 feet, yet only a 1 Knot TAS change.  This should have been a 2" drop.  Arnie is not answering his cell phone.  We need answers.  He did take these MAP readings from his VM 1000 system.

However, I expect all he did was reduce the throttle until he got a 1" drop, stabilize the level flight and read the different IAS/TAS numbers  off of his Lancair approved analog indicated/true airspeed steam gauge.  Darn, now I'll have to go up in the cold and do it myself.

BTW, the power numbers are from my dubious chart, MAP x RPM with 29"x 2700 = 100%.  Also, I don't know if he releaned to 125 ROP.

This is why I do so many things myself, I can only answer challenges to what I do.  Hey, wait a second, why don't you go out and try this?
