I have a Lancair 360 nearing completion that I bought about 85% built.  The original builder never kept a builder's log and I'm told that both of the DARs in this area are very picky about seeing one.  Unfortunatly the builder has wimped out and refuses to be of any assistance. 

 

I have no choice but to construct one.  Does anyone have a copy of their log (electronic or otherwise) that I could use as a starting point?  I will modify it to suit the specifics of my aircraft.  He did give me about a hundred pictures that I can adapt to the log. 

 

I am getting desparate as I hope to have this thing in the air in a month or so.  I will certainly be willing to pay you for any copy charges and/or mailing expenses.

Why don't you call one of the DAR's, explain the situation and ask him/her what you should do as you complete the project?  Why take a chance after all the work is complete - start a relationship now.
