Congratulations! I hope the first flight goes well. One safety suggestion, I would recommend chocking the mains rather than the nose gear for runups. I know you had the brakes on but all that vibration probably allows the wheels to skid a little and can put a large fraction of the nearly 1000 pounds of static thrust on the nose gear. I would hate to see the nose gear collapse during a test. It would be best not to chock the nose at all so that it only has compression loads to react.
