 being a hobby aerobatic pilot i wear a parachute when flying my extra
 and thought it would be a good idea to do while test flying my
 ivpt(soon).  perhaps it would be smart to wear it all the time in ga.
 however my understanding is that it would not be possible to open the
 door of a ivp in flight thus making the parachute mute.  i believe that
 dave morss told me that but don't want to misquote such a great
 authority.  is this true?
