 If I shut of the fuel. Discharged a 2.5 pound bottle in the air stream
 around the cowl openings. Would this from your experience have a chance at
 putting out the fire? sounds like I should just get a handheld and mount it
 on the seat bulkhead.
 
 Here is an idea. How about a quick connect fitting to the overhead to some
 sort of paint mask, oxygen mask. just to get fresh air to breath.
