I have found them to be reliable and quite accurate after calibration, especially the header tank installation because, the probe can be mounted vertically. The wing probes are less accurate because the probes are mounted at an angle from the BL-51 rib. There are at least a couple of different sources for capacitive probe fuel sensors.
