Just about to locate my nose gear overcenter link pivot point and saw that the plans call for a 3 degree from vertical leanback for the strut. Is this 3 deg from vertical measured with the fuselage leveled or does it refer to the plane sitting on it's gear (adding about 2 deg to the angle of the strut so the lean back angle of he strut would be closer to 5 deg).

LC-235 (290 maybe)
[I can't imagine that things were done that differently on the L235 from
the L320, and on the 320 the angle is measured relative to the level
line of the fuselage. <Marv> ]
