Their warranty policy is strange: It's one year from = the manufacture date, not your purchase date, so if it's been on the = shelf someplace for a while, you may only have a few months of warranty = time. I've had two or three of the four I've purchased that have died = right out of the box, or within a few hours of use. If you want to pay = the price, Mid-Continent now make an electric attitude gyro with battery = backup. As for the Tru-Trak autopilots, they're the best buy on the market. = Capable, easy to install, and less expensive.
