He had made a metal sill for his passenger door and baggage door. I found some 2" L aluminum at Home Depot and made a sill for the baggage door. It only took an hour or so to fit it. I might just clear coat it or maybe paint it the color of the plane. I figure I can take it out and repaint it or whatever, when it gets banged up. Just an idea I wanted to pass on.
