We tore down the second mechanical pump and, lo and behold, one of the two internal check valves doesn't check. It allows fuel to drizzle right back through it. Hmmmm. Looking forward to hearing from the rebuild shop. No Dukes pump in this system. Pressure and Vacuumed lines with no leaks. This=20 just in.  We tore down the second mechanical pump and, lo and = behold, one=20 of the two internal check valves doesn't check.  It allows fuel to = drizzle=20 right back through it.  Hmmmm.
