I am sure you talked to Robbie Grove to see if there was a solution. My installation which was on a 360 with the "Outback" gear (5.00 X 5 tires) was a bolt on swap. They make a great difference. I did go out and took a few measurements for you to compare with your bird. With the 5.00 tires and the Grove axle the tire sticks out farther, about 3/16" , than the axle. In addition the wheel will still spin retracted so I suspect there is about a 1/4" of clearence between the tire and the inner wing skin. I measured the space between the inner skins where the tire passes through the lower skin. The foward dimention is 6 3/4" and the Aft dimention is 5 1/4", The Outback gear has a bulge to accomidate the gear so the problem you had with the brake is not an issue. I would be interested in comments from other 235 owners who have put on the Grove brakes. Hope the comments help. I received a set of Grove brakes for my 235 last week.  I found that th= ey
were about 3/8" wider measured from outside of caliper to axle tip than the<= BR> Matco brakes.

On my 235, the wheel would not retract all the way into the well before the<= BR> axle hit the underside of the top wing skin.   I considered modify= ing the
axle, but this would have moved the caliper into the space occupied by the outer gear door.  So reluctantly, I returned them to Grove.

It appears that the wheel well area of the 320 wing is somewhat deeper than<= BR> in my 235.
