RE: Valuation of one's project.
Dear LL group: I need help with valuing my IV. I am going through a separation (the D word). I need to have my 3 year old IV valued for division of assets. Any help available out there?  I am a professional and would not consider selling it and would like the value be what I put into it to build it ($120k), but need some backup in claiming this as the valuation, not some big number seen in a Trade-a-plane ad. I really did build it, painted it too. I realize that this somewhat stretches the topic list of the forum, but moral support had been previously discussed in regards to building a project.
