YOU NEED TO KNOW - Stu led his formation of RV's into marginal weather (fact: NTSB report) & a wingman with low experience became disoriented and died after becoming spacially disoriented. The 1st tenet of formation flying is FLIGHT DISCIPLINE. That implies (a) trust on the part of the wingman and (b) that the flight lead will not betray that trust. I've heard a lot of good things about Stu and wish I could hear his side of the story, but lacking that, I would tread carefully. send me a private email if you have more questions ... Stu - I'd love to hear your side; you were 'busy' when I tried to ask you at Oshkosh...
