In response to Dom Crain's question regarding retrofitting RS rudder and brakes I would have to agree with the original diagnosis. Not impossible but very difficult. I have just finished closing out the tail on my 360 and did install the RS rudders and brakes. The main problem you would encounter is how to swage the co-pilots side rudder cables to the existing cables. They are attached back in the tailcone. Short of cutting a large hole in the tail section or having a personal Mini-Me to somehow crawl back there and operate the swaging tool I can't imagine how this would be done. In addition there is a standoff with fairleads that has to be glassed in 3-4 inches aft of  where the cables join.  These are the two greatest hurdles. I'm sure there are others.
I believe the brakes could be done much more easily, especially if your forward deck is removable to allow access to the pedals. I would be happy to discuss this with you further.
