My kit was purchased with six gaspers and they = all went into the overhead console. It is an IV-P, N990Y. I see Mr. = Pastusek plans to build new gaspers and sell them for $65. I have = access to the bone yard in Mojave. My friend Mike Potter parts out = airplanes for a living. He currently has two MD-81's which are just = about stripped and ready to be scrapped next door for the aluminum. The = gasper valves usually aren't something that is requested by parts = buyers. I may be able to get them for $10 each and could sell them for = $50 each plus UPS charges. I plan to go to Mike's bone yard soon and = remove a valve to see if it is suitable for use in a homebuilt Lancair = or other type aircraft. =20 If you are interested please e-mail me directly off the LML at = wdodson@bak.rr.com. If there is enough interest and if I can buy the = valves from the aircraft owners and split my profit with Mike (lots of = ifs) I could make this happen.
