Unfortunately, another Lancair has crashed, a Legacy this time: N98SN, with Shannon at the controls. My info my not be accurate but from what I've been told, he was at 8,000 feet and was talking with the controller and reported engine trouble/problems. Vectored to airport but crashed a few miles from the airport. :-(
My condolences to his friends and family...
