Mark,
  I just got a set of belts and inertia reels from Amsafe Aviation in
Phoenix for my ES.  They make belts for a ton of aviation applications up to
airliners and I believe they also supply the belts that Lancair includes in
the kits.
  I've been working with a guy there named Tom Hodgdon for over a year to
design a system that will work like the one in the Columbia (which is made
by Schroth of Germany and is very expensive).  Tom has also supplied belts
to Jim Griffin Interiors, who does a lot of Lancairs.

made in a color to match my interior.
