Does not sound like it was an aircraft related problem at this point in the investigation. Based on this information I do not believe grounding the fleet is warranted. Perhaps a review of pilot decision making is. If any one is interested, I am presenting a forum this year at Oshkosh on Saturday morning reviewing accidents and pilot decision making skills necessary to fly safely and manage the risk. I welcome your attendance and more importantly your participation because I believe it makes us all, including and especially me, safer pilots. My sympathies to the families involved in this year's Lancair losses.
