One thing to think about are the number of L-1V flying now, over a few years
ago. All pilot cannot be that bad. To my knowledge from this web site, there
have been four L-1V fatal accidents, in the past three months, one in Mesa
Az., the Grand Canyon, Mexico in April with a training pilot, and the latest
in Billing Montana.I think it is time for the factory to step up and deal
with this It is a great A/C that I have flown, but with this amount of
accidents it might be time to take a hard look at it. I have flown 7 high
performance A/C ,and many light A/C. I am a little concerned about the stall
problems, if you can not do a stall in a turn, or power on what, happens
when you get slow on base leg or holding pattern or any unusual attitude. PS
I like the A/C
