With 330 hours on the bird I have done the following:

Replaced the main tires;

Replaced the nose gear hydraulic actuator (blew out the seal because the
washer stop was an AN flat washer which was bent. The replacement is a
thicker machined aluminum washer.);

One panel light circuit failed for a portion of the six-pack;

That is it.

Watching the aluminum hinges on the inner gear doors for wear and aluminum
hinges on the ailerons.  Will need to replace them after about another 100
hours.

COMMENT:  The more care and planning  you put into your wiring the better
service you will receive..  So far I have been blessed with good service and
no abrasive action on the harnesses.
