There is plenty of room to run wires down each side of the longerons,
and they are covered nicely by the covers lancair sells.  I have wires
down both sides and through the center console.  Check out my pictures,

The aft console that runs through the baggage compartment either needs
to be split and made removable, or you need to  run flex lines in this
area.  I found this out late, and ended up running SS braided lines,
which work nice.  Removable would have been nice, but with my full
baggage floor, still would have been a problem.
 
The baggage door (see pix) really helps in the construction in the back.
I highly recommend it.  My dogs love it :-)
