Jim Thomas wrote out a Legacy building order that works pretty well. Basically, install everything first that can't move;  flap hardware, fuel pump, controls and then install things that can;  hydraulic lines, fuel lines, wiring. That's the best advice I could offer too. The list is located in the tips section of my web site along with some very good tips for building your Legacy.
