Is this a remnant of the old stabilizer? " Marv appended an answer to my post, "That outboard rib you mentioned has been deleted in the MKII tail." As for the increase of total rib count from 3 to 6, are you speaking of the elevator or horizontal stabilizer? If the latter, I did build a short outboard rib where it appears in the drawing, plus the spanwise segment to close the forward face of the counterweight cutout. My manual revision is A2/04-1-99.
