It worried me to death but in fact has not been noticable = in flight. The aileron trim tab does want to be down some and it just = lives there with pleanty of remaining travel. I wouldn't mess with the = flaps. They want to be rigged to their up and down stops rather than = having any offset or split in the flap rigging.
