Here's a copy of the LIV design study document I quoted from in a previous post. Sorry it's a bit longish to download but hope you find it interesting.
For Adam asking the question of how far the LIV can glide....the best L/D is quoted as 22.075, meaning for each one foot of altitude it can glide 22 feet, but only at best L/D speed and without a dragging prop. Hope someone with LIV keys can go up and test fly the data....
