Carl,
I have installed WxWorx on 2 different Fujitsu pentablets. It has worked
fine. I have had some trouble with XP moving the com ports as I have tried
to integrate a "puck" GPS , but I think I have that fixed too.

Try unpludding USB, then replug while computer is on. It should recognize
and install drivers and assign com port. To check com port setting,
1) Right click on My Computer and choose Properties.
2) Open device manger
3) Double click to open Ports (COM & LPT)
4) note the com port assigned to WxWorx.
You may need to change the com port , but I have not had to with WXworx.

It definitely works with XP pentablet. I will be happy to try to help if you
have more trouble. Contact me offlist.

Has anyone successfully run WxWorks on a Pen Tablet?
Any other insights to try?
