Hello Listers,
We're back from our Lancair trip across the North
Atlantic. The PFA rally in Kemble England (Euopean Oshkosh) was
fantastic. There were a total of 8 Lancairs there! We
visited Arctic Canada, Greenland, Iceland, Scotland, England, Germany and
Holland. What an experience. The trip was one of the high points of our lives.
It's truly amazing that we can build vehicles in our garages and basements that
are capable of taking us on such incredible voyages. Thanks
Lance.
N5ZQ didn't miss a beat. The only
mechanical problem we had on the entire trip was a landing light bulb that
burned out.
We would like to extend a huge thank you to Robet
Hinnerman for taking on the task of distributing our trip reports. I hope that
everyone who wanted to receive them did.
We're already planning the next great adventure:
Alaska and Russia. We'll probably go early next Summer. Anybody interested
in a fly-out to Provideniya?
