I used a hysol/flox mixture to = take up the space and then 4-bid of carbon in a u-shaped pattern on the = underside of the cradle to lock it into place. There has been much = discussion on the incidence degree of the horizontal. I asked just = about anyone who would listen and Orin gave what I believe to be the = best argument for keeping it where the factory suggests. That was that = elevator position varies depending on the aircraft CG and trim will not = take it out (you and I may have discussed this by phone, if so forgive = the redundancy). Sometime the elevator is high in relation to the = horizontal and sometime its low and 0.6 is a happy medium. Your cruising now buddy... keep it up!
