The ES is a fine airplane and "easy" to build. The kit
is vastly improved over the one I bought in '97. I
have close to 200 hours on my airplane and still sit
with my jaw in my lap when I fly it. I have absolutely
no regrets in having chosen the ES. Be prepared,
however, to use initiative and brute force along the
way. I made a total of around 10 tech support calls to
Carsten, about eight of them in the first year. You
learn along the way.
