Since we're talking atmospherics and static electricity generation,
what's the story with static wicks.  Anybody have strong opinions on
them?  Have you used them?  This is for a IV-P so there is already some
conductivity in the carbon fiber.  Do you need to tie them electrically
into a common ground or just leave them silvered into the carbon fiber?
How many should you use and where should they be placed?  I couldn't
find much in the AeroElectric Connection on the topic.
