According to the NTSB ANY information not contained in the initial report should not be discussed outside the investigating team. I had assumed (incorrectly it seems) that it would be OK to discuss data that was consistent with the initial report in the context of improving flight safety. This information was posted to a private, paid subscription distribution for Lancair builders and pilots. I would ask for your cooperation in not reprinting or disseminating this information further until it has been validated by the NTSB, the investigation is concluded and the final report is issued. Your cooperation is appreciated. Regards Brent Regan
