Is this pattern work accompanied by radio calls announcing your position? A friend with a glass airplane was recently rewiring antenna lines (RG58 to RG400) and in certain wire positions, keying the mike caused the Alternator Field breaker to pop - he also has the B&C LR3 and LR40. By moving the antenna wires away from a parallel path with other wires, the problem went away.
RF venom requires a high art form antitoxin.
