Howard Aviation has a customer that's selling his TCAD 9900B system.  This
customer bought a new airplane with TCAD 9900BX installed and is now selling
the 9900B.  The system has new antennas, display head, and the main unit &
tray.  If sold new the system has a street price of about $13,000.  He's
selling it for the customer at $8,000.

Part of the deal includes bringing the software version of the 9900B up to
current.
