Then again, if the control horn bolt access is like many other parts on the Lancair, it may be good to have those sutures handy, too! Actually, my wife calls these clamps "hemostats".  We use them for pulling ticks off of our dogs.  But my plan was to copy the access hole that are built into the Legacy kits.  These panels look nice and are appropriately sized.  Perhaps a Legacy builder can post a picture for us.
