It was great to meet the folks there, admire the facilities, and explore the many different expirmental aircraft that they are working on. They demonstrated their computerized engine parameter recording unit that was really "the cats meow" for setting up a new (or used) engine. Loren Levett, the TCM guru from way back, spoke on many different topics. Especially appreciated was several of his " tricks of the trade" used to set up the various parameters on a new, out of the box, TSIO 550 engine that many of the Lancair builders seem to be working on. The weather was great (no ocean fog), the BBQ was super, and the presentation was outstanding. Thanks from all of us. : - ) --part1_2f.384741ec.2bd37892_boundary Content-Type: text/html; charset="US-ASCII" Content-Transfer-Encoding: quoted-printable
