I would highly recommend you get a copy of the overhaul manual for your engine to use as your primary reference. For every nut and bolt on the engine, the manual will either list a specific torque or default to a table of 'standard torque values'. If you blindly apply standard values based on the fastener size, you may end up damaging something. In most of the non-standard cases I have encountered thus far, the specified torque was lower than what I would have applied given the fastener size. The same goes for the bolts holding the Hartzell Prop hub together. They are less than a standard torque.
Manuals and any other Lycoming literature can be ordered directly from Lycoming at a very reasonable cost.
