I'm just wrapping up my integral aileron trim tab.  The servo BARELY fit
and I had to make a slightly larger inspection & maintenance access
panel.  It is mounted in line with a very short linkage to the control
horn.

I also:

1. Closed out the periphery so the trim area is (with the exception of
the vent hole) "external" to the interior of the aileron. 2. Used a piece of 1/4 round molding trimmed it down and attached it (1
layer of glass) to the leading edge for a nice radius.

This all took a fair amount of time to figure out but I think it was
worth it.  --
