Swap it with a probe from a hotter = cylinder and compare the reading in the new location with the reading on = that cylinder before you changed the probe over. Partially blocked injector could also be a cause. Check plugs for correct firing on the cylinder concerned. Was it always cold or has it become colder recently? If recently what = has changed? Engine baffling? Do the easy/cheaper things first and then go on to the more expensive = and harder tasks.
