Thanks Rob,

Great thoughts.  I acknowledge there's certainly occasional
opportunities for the seller of the kit to carry some of the burden for
their errors. I'll wait for my "spool valve check" and call it "lottery
gas".

Most of all I apologize to the membership for deviating from perhaps
biggest tenant of the list.  That is, discussing the building and
maintenance of the finest kitplanes in the world.
