Does anyone know the proper ratio of Hysol by volume
(100:23 by weight). Thanks.

[Ed... Seems to me that the Hysol weight ratio is 100:44.5. I imagine a
volume ratio is available from either Lancair ot the manufacturer,
but you can check it yourself by dispensing the proper weight ratio
from a pair of syringes and seeing how much volume is consumed to
provide to necessary weights. I use syringes to dispense Hysol routinely
for teeny batches, say a few grams or so, to attach a hard point or
nutplate cards, for example. Needless to say, it requires the use of
an accurate gram scale, and those are routinely available from laboratory
supply houses, Edmund Scientific, etc. The syringes you can get from your
local veterinarian or from a fiberglass supplier like Fiberglast. <Marv>]
