So which screws does one use to attach the nose gear door control horn
to the nose gear door? I used the MS24694 screws. After a couple
hundred gear cycles they're doing fine and match the other nosegear door
screws cosmetically. has anyone tried using nutpates for the bolts which hold the various
brackets in the nose gear tunnel? Yes, I great idea especially for firewall hung items. I haven't had to
remove anything from my nose gear area yet. This area would have less
of a requirement, IMHO. A good way to do this is to mount the nutplates
on a piece of E-glass scrap and glue it in with hysol.
