I hope its clear to all (now) that the "builders log" is not the same item as the "aircraft log". Might be appropriate to say that the "aircraft log" takes over after the "builders log" is finished. In my case, my aircraft log starts off with the "unusable fuel" entry, followed by the "weight and balance" , and then the total fuel entry. I intend to add the "certification statement" after that, and present the "aircraft log" to the FAA inspector along with the "builders" log. If I have missed anything, please comment. thanks to all.
