Dan:
My suggestion is to wire your Infinity stick grips to provide the functions that you use the most; i.e. to provide the most convenience. (A lot depends on what you have gotten used to in the past. )
In my case, since my rudder trim is on the center panel by the throttle, I wired the coolie hat to provide aileron and elevator trim. To the right of the coolie hat (where the bomb pickle button was) I added a speed brake toggle switch. The lowest push-button switch(where the nose-wheel steering switch was) controls the landing light relay while the two center switches control the STEC-55 autopilot functions (control wheel steering and autopilot disconnect).
The trigger switch provides com radio transmit.
The only problem that I have encountered so far is with the speed brake switches. Since they operate in parallel, it is possible to have one in the up position and one in the down position. To avoid this, I found some small rubber grommets that fit real nice over the switch actuator and prevent inadvertant operation.
You might want to mention to the group what you decide on, , since the Infinity stick-grip seems to be pretty popular, lately.
