Your heat of 200 degrees F shouldn't be a problem.  True, the HDT of the 1307 is 190 degrees but first thing, I assume you're going to "bake" the plane in an oven, (it gives me the willies!) and the oven temp may be 200 degrees but the parts inside will probably stay below that anyway.  Anyway, once it cools down, it should be just fine but don't but any stress on it while it's hot!
