I have personally heard from over a dozen builders that the Bob Archer
antennas, when installed per his recommendations, work superbly. One
unsatisfied builder had installed his comm antenna horizontally in the floor
of his Glasair, and of course, had poor performance, since comm RF is
vertically polarized.
