Mike DeHate had all the qualifications for the job, I did not. Besides, it's quite usual in this game to get a check-out by a qualified instructor in an airplane with which you're not qualified. In fact, there are few, if any, FBO's that will allow you to jump into say a Mooney if the only thing you have in your logs is Cessnas. Let those who ascribe to Jim Hankins' thinking go ahead - nature has a way of cleaning up the gene pool. Dan Schaefer
