Subject: Sagging motor mounts

I have about 90 hours on my Super ES now, and the front motor mounts are sagging badly.  I started with the spinner about 3/16" to 1/4" higher than the cowl profile, expecting some sagging, but the spinner is now about 3/8" low and somewhat to the right side of the aircraft.  Examination of the Barry mounts in the front shows they are sadly squished.  It also looks as if the geometry of the motor mount is not correct in design, which I seem to recall other comments about in the past.

Any fixes out there?  I hate to spend $80 each on something that only is going to last 80 or 90 hours.  Do the "hi-temp" mounts last any better?  A couple of years ago, seems to me they were around $130 each - -  for a couple of rubber mouldings and a couple of washers!
