Is the recommeneded incidence for the 320/360 still -1/2
to -1 deg? Does anyone have a good reason to deviate
from that?

I tried to put the incidence right in the middle of the recommended range.
It worked our well. In cruise, my elevator is exactly faired with the
h.stab. Follow the book recommendation on this one.
