Just got some paperwork from Falcon insurance company today for a policy on an experimental Pitts S-1. They have a statement on the application "no coverage in flight unless a standard airworthiness certificate is in full force and effect". In my communications with Falcon I had indicated that the plane was experimental but I'm wondering if that information did not make it to the underwriter.
Does anyone out there have an experimental insured through Falcon insurance?
Thanks,
Paul Klusman
