It's funny you should ask.  Yesterday, I ordered a pair for my 360
canopy from a hardware vendor (whose name I forget).  Lancair was
backordered and with the help of Google and some corporate phone number
I found a local Dallas distributor who promised about a day shipping to
FTW.

Long short of it all is that I bought 19.63" AVM cylinders with plastic
ends rated at 60 lbs for about $10 each.  The actual Lancair cylinders
are apparently special ordered at 52 lbs according to Alan.  This (I'm
hoping) will be the perfect solution as mine were always a little weak.
